Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust.
Shoulder-From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Arm Length-Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.
Measure from the to of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.

- Orders cancelled within
24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be
eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of
product purchase price.

for a partial refund depending on the dress making procedure, but won't be less

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for
a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer
Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you
believe your items were damaged during shipping, you will be required to offer
photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of
Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your

Our custom made products like dresses and suits will be
made in the measurement you sent to us. Please take the correct measure
according to our measure guide, we assure you of 100 % fit if you can offer us
the correct measurement.
1. Item is not the size you ordered
Please be aware that due to the
nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1inch
either direction of specified measurements. If your item size differ from the specifications
of your order by more than 2 inches, please
contact our customer service firstly, we can help you fix the size or you can find a local tailor to make adjustments,
and we will gladly reimburse you for up to some of the product price in
tailoring costs. If you choose your local tailor to fix, please remember to request a receipt
from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting
